About Serenia Living Tower 2
Serenia Living Tower 2 is a beachfront residential tower on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, one of four towers that make up Palma Development's Serenia Living complex. The tower holds only three- and four-bedroom apartments, several with an additional maid's room, at five units per floor across its residential levels, and faces east toward the Arabian Gulf.
Serenia Living as a whole spans an estimated 226 residences across its four towers: Tower 1 is dedicated entirely to two-bedroom apartments, while Tower 2 holds the complex's larger three- and four-bedroom apartments. Towers 3 and 4, marketed together as 'The Reserve,' are dedicated to full and half-floor penthouses and a small number of ultra-luxury duplex 'Sky Mansions.' Tower 2 has its own flagship unit, The Royal Sky Mansion, occupying levels 18 and 19 at the top of the tower. Construction began in June 2022 and Khansaheb was appointed main contractor in mid-2023. Serenia Living Tower 2 should not be confused with Serenia Residences, a separate and considerably older Palma Development project on the opposite, East side of the Crescent. Serenia Residences was completed in 2018; Serenia Living only launched construction in 2022. The two share a developer and a naming family but are different buildings in different locations.
