Serenia Living as a whole spans an estimated 226 residences across its four towers: Tower 1 and Tower 2 hold two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, while Towers 3 and 4 (marketed as 'The Reserve') are dedicated to full and half-floor penthouses and a small number of ultra-luxury duplex 'Sky Mansions.' Construction began in June 2022 and Khansaheb was appointed main contractor in mid-2023. Serenia Living Tower 1 should not be confused with Serenia Residences, a separate and considerably older Palma Development project on the opposite, East side of the Crescent.
