Springs 15 sits near the centre of The Springs, close to Al Asayel Street, bordered by Springs 11, Springs 14 and Springs 12. Recent market activity backs up the community’s positioning: a 3-bedroom villa here sold for AED 7.2 million in July 2026, another 3-bedroom villa sold for AED 4.99 million in June 2026, and a 2-bedroom villa sold for AED 2.95 million the same month, all according to Dubai Land Department transaction records. Springs 15 is a separate numbered sub-community from Royale Stays’ other Springs guides, Springs 10, Springs 1 and its direct border neighbour Springs 14, each with its own address, unit mix and layout.

Springs 15 is within about a 10-minute drive of local bus stations, and Al Furjan Metro Station is the nearest metro stop, roughly 13 minutes away by car. By road, it takes around 22 minutes to reach Dubai Mall, 16 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 20 minutes to Burj Al Arab, and 17 minutes to The Walk JBR. Dubai International Airport is roughly 30 minutes away, and Al Maktoum International Airport is around 33 minutes away.
Families are close to Dubai British School in nearby Jumeirah Park (about 5 minutes away), Emirates International School Meadows, Arcadia School and Sunmarke School in Jumeirah Village Triangle, with nurseries including Raffles Nursery Town Center, Amity Pre-School and Jumeirah International Nursery also nearby. Nearby medical facilities include Mediclinic Meadows and IMC Medical Centre, with American Hospital Clinic – Dubai Media City about 12 minutes away, and NMC Royal Hospital and Mediclinic Parkview Hospital both within roughly 15 to 17 minutes.

Springs 15 sits close to Al Asayel Street (D72), one of the main arteries through The Springs community, giving residents straightforward road access without needing to pass through neighbouring sub-communities. Royale Stays does not currently manage a property in Springs 15, so there is no Royale-specific occupancy or nightly-rate data to share here.
