Riverside Crescent remains an off-plan, under-construction cluster as of 2026, with developer-stated handovers phased across 2027. Some towers, including 330 and 340 Riverside Crescent, are already marked sold out at the developer level per the source checked, meaning current transaction activity there would run through the secondary resale market rather than direct developer sales.
