Ellington House 2 (also marketed as "Ellington House II") is a 12-storey residential tower in Dubai Hills Estate developed by Ellington Properties. It is the developer's second residential project in the Ellington House development area of Dubai Hills Estate, following Ellington House (also known as Ellington House I), the developer's first Dubai Hills Estate project.
Ellington House 2 is a genuinely separate building from Ellington House, Ellington House 3 and Ellington House 4, all numbered phases of the same immediate Ellington House development in Dubai Hills Estate rather than alternate names for one building. Construction on Ellington House 2 began in December 2022 and the project was completed in April 2026, with Ellington Properties commencing handovers in May 2026.
Ellington House 4, a further phase in the same development, remained under construction as of this guide's research; only Ellington House and Ellington House 2 are confirmed complete.
