About Beach Vista Tower 1
Beach Vista Tower 1 is a 33-storey residential tower forming one half of the Beach Vista development at Emaar Beachfront, Dubai Harbour, connected to its sister building by a shared podium level. Its twin, Beach Vista Tower 2, already has its own Royale Stays building guide; the two are separate towers within the same Beach Vista project, not the same building under two names.
Beach Vista Tower 1 is confirmed as the first residential project launched across the entire 27-tower Emaar Beachfront masterplan, and it is complete, with Dubai Land Department transaction records showing recent ready-property sales. The podium level the two Beach Vista towers share includes a sea-facing swimming pool, and residents and guests get access to a 750-metre private beach running along Emaar Beachfront.
