Volante is a 35-storey residential tower on the Dubai Water Canal in Business Bay, developed by Xtreme Vision. Construction started in November 2013 and the tower was completed in January 2017. It stands 149 metres tall and holds just 45 exclusive apartments, all with canal and Burj Khalifa views.
Xtreme Vision has developed a second tower on the same stretch of canal, Volante 2, completed in 2026 and now covered by its own Royale Stays guide. Volante and Volante 2 share the same developer and address but are two separate, freestanding buildings with different storey counts, unit mixes and completion dates.
Volante (this building, completed 2017) and Volante 2 (a separate, still under-construction tower by the same developer on the same stretch of canal) are two distinct buildings that share the 'Volante' name -- do not confuse them when researching rents, resale prices or completion dates.
