About Ubora Towers

Ubora Towers is a mixed-use complex in Business Bay comprising two towers sharing a retail and parking podium: a 58-storey office tower and a 20-storey residential apartment tower, confirmed against Wikipedia's CTBUH-cited data. It was developed by Bando Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd. and designed by the architecture firm Aedas, with lead design by Andrew Bromberg, and was completed in 2011.

The complex sits on Al Abraj Street, close to Downtown Dubai, DIFC, and Sheikh Zayed Road, roughly 3.7 kilometres, about a six-minute drive, from the Burj Khalifa. This guide focuses on the residential tower, which offers studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, the office tower's commercial units are a separate part of the complex and are not relevant to a holiday-home discussion. The development was sold to Senyar Real Estate, an Al Tayer Company, in mid-2018.
