About Sobha SeaHaven

Sobha SeaHaven is a three-tower waterfront development by Sobha Realty on the Dubai Harbour peninsula, immediately south of Dubai Marina and JBR. The project comprises Tower A, Tower B and Tower C, offering one to four-bedroom apartments alongside a limited Sky Edition collection of three and four-bedroom residences released in mid-2023. As of early 2026, the development is still under construction, with structural works reported at roughly the halfway mark and handover expected in phases from late 2026 through 2027 and 2028 across the three towers.

Marketing materials from different agencies place Sobha SeaHaven under two different neighbourhood names: Dubai Harbour, the reclaimed peninsula where the towers physically sit, and Dubai Marina, the adjacent and far better known waterfront district it borders. Both descriptions are accurate in their own way. Official developer and portal listings use Dubai Harbour as the community name, while references to "Dubai Marina" reflect the short walking distance rather than a different address.

Location & Nearby Landmarks

Dubai Harbour sits between Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah, giving Sobha SeaHaven residents access to a dedicated cruise terminal, a large recreational marina and a growing retail and dining strip, on top of the wider Dubai Marina promenade and The Walk at JBR a short distance away.

Sobha SeaHaven joins Royale Stays' wider Dubai Marina Building Guide cluster alongside Marina Suites and Ciel Tower, other Dubai Marina-area buildings Royale Stays covers.

Sobha SeaHaven falls within Royale Stays' wider Dubai Marina coverage area, detailed in Airbnb Management in Dubai Marina.

Unit Types

Each of the three towers holds a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, and Sobha Realty added a Sky Edition collection of larger three and four-bedroom units on the upper floors, reported around floors 49 to 59, when it released additional inventory in June 2023. A confirmed unit count is only available for Tower A so far, at roughly 323 residences; Towers B and C do not have a similarly confirmed total across the sources checked for this guide.

Storey counts for each tower vary meaningfully by source: Tower A is reported anywhere from 66 to 70 floors, Tower B from 47 to 59 floors, and Tower C from 57 to 63 floors. This spread is common for an active off-plan project where marketing collateral and skyscraper databases are not always updated in step, and it should be independently re-checked before being repeated as a single fixed number.

Amenities

Sobha Realty's published plans for SeaHaven include a cinema room, a dedicated kids' play area, a barbecue terrace, a swimming pool, a pilates and yoga studio, a sauna and a sports ground, together with round-the-clock concierge and CCTV security once the towers are complete.

Transportation & Access

Dubai Harbour does not have its own Metro station. The closest connections run through Dubai Marina and JBR's Tram and Metro stops, both a short drive from the peninsula, with Sheikh Zayed Road providing the main route to Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport, roughly 30 to 35 minutes away depending on traffic.

Construction Status & Handover

Sobha SeaHaven is not yet complete. Construction-tracking reports from early 2026 put structural works at roughly the halfway point, with facade and interior finishing works only just beginning on some floors.

Reported handover dates vary by tower and by source: Tower B is most commonly cited for a Q4 2026 handover, while overall project completion has been reported anywhere from Q3 2027 to Q2 2028. Buyers relying on a specific date for financing or resale planning should treat the date written into their own Sales and Purchase Agreement as authoritative over any brochure or portal estimate.

STR Income Potential

Because Sobha SeaHaven has not yet handed over any units, there is no existing short-term rental track record, occupancy figure or Royale Stays-managed listing to point to for this specific building today.

Once units begin transferring, owners in a freehold, non-hotel-branded Dubai development like this one follow the standard DTCM holiday home permit route, the same process used across Royale Stays' existing Dubai Marina buildings. Nearby, already-completed waterfront towers in Dubai Marina give a general sense of what a well-managed one or two-bedroom apartment can earn from short-term letting, and Royale Stays' ROI calculator can model that scenario against a specific unit size.

Royale Stays offers full Airbnb and holiday home management, furnishing, photography, pricing, check-in, guest communications and maintenance, for a fee starting from 15%, and owners can get in touch ahead of handover so a unit is guest-ready from day one.

No Royale Stays-managed unit or Airbnb listing currently exists at Sobha SeaHaven; every figure in this section is planning context only until the towers are complete.
