By car, it takes roughly 20 minutes to reach Dubai Mall, 15 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 16 minutes to Burj Al Arab and 19 minutes to The Walk JBR. Dubai International Airport (DXB) is roughly 25 minutes away and Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) roughly 31 minutes. Price Guide: Sales and Service Charges at Laya Residences
Recent Dubai Land Department sale records for Laya Residences, filtered to genuine Sale-type transactions, show one-bedroom apartments selling between AED 700,000 and AED 900,000 in 2026. Propsearch.ae lists 50 sale transaction records for the building, of which the ten most recent are visible without an account.
The five ordinary sales in that sample are a 1,104 sq ft one-bedroom at AED 900,000 in September 2026 (AED 815 per sq ft), a 997 sq ft unit at AED 835,000 in August (AED 837), a 890 sq ft unit at AED 775,000 in July (AED 870), a 890 sq ft unit at AED 700,000 in June (AED 786) and a 997 sq ft unit at AED 845,000 in March (AED 847). A May 2026 record shows a 996 sq ft one-bedroom at AED 2,050,000, more than double every other sale, so it is treated as an outlier and left out of the range.
