About Collective 2.0
Collective 2.0 is Emaar’s second co-living development in Dubai Hills Estate, made up of two towers, Tower A (17 storeys) and Tower B (19 storeys), totalling 494 one and two-bedroom apartments. Construction began in January 2019 and the project was completed in March 2022.
Collective 2.0 is a separate, distinct project from the original ‘Collective’ (phase one), which comprises Collective Tower 2 and Collective Tower 1, two earlier 14-storey buildings also in Dubai Hills Estate. Both projects share Emaar’s co-living concept, communal amenity-led living aimed at young professionals and creatives, but are structurally separate developments completed at different times.
