About Bloom Towers A

Bloom Towers A is one of three residential towers, Bloom Towers A, B and C, that together make up the Bloom Towers complex in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). The complex was developed by Bloom Properties (Bloom Holding), with construction across all three buildings starting in October 2017 and the complex reaching completion in August 2020, 944 units in total across the three towers.

Tower A itself is a 43-storey building, marketed by the developer as the complex's "Elite Building." It is the only one of the three Bloom Towers buildings to offer two and three-bedroom apartments alongside one-bedroom units, with 255 units in total ranging up to roughly 1,600 sq ft. Towers B and C, by contrast, are studio and one-bedroom apartment buildings only, materially different in unit mix from Tower A. Owners and renters researching "Bloom Towers" should confirm which of the three buildings, A, B or C, a specific listing actually refers to, since the towers are separate buildings within one complex rather than a single structure. See Royale Stays' guides to Bloom Towers B and Bloom Towers C for the other two buildings in the complex.

Bloom Holding's separate JVC project, Bloom Heights, is a different building entirely and should not be confused with this complex.

Location & Nearby Landmarks

Bloom Towers A sits within Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), a community with no metro station of its own. The nearest operating stations are Mall of the Emirates Metro and Dubai Internet City Metro, both on the Red Line, roughly 3-5 km away by road, with RTA bus route J01 connecting Mall of the Emirates to JVC via Circle Mall. A future Blue Line station serving JVC has been planned but is not yet operating. For the full picture of how Royale Stays manages Airbnb properties across JVC, see the Royale Stays JVC Airbnb management guide.

Bloom Towers A joins Royale Stays' wider JVC coverage, alongside Binghatti Heights, Hyati Avenue and DAMAC Ghalia, three of the other buildings Royale Stays has covered in the community.

Unit Types

Bloom Towers A offers one, two and three-bedroom apartments, with 255 units in total ranging from roughly 700 to 1,600 sq ft. It is the widest unit mix of the three Bloom Towers buildings: Towers B and C are both limited to studio and one-bedroom apartments only, while Tower A alone carries two and three-bedroom units up to the complex's largest sizes. No floor-plan diagrams are included here: floor plans are typically the developer's or broker's proprietary material and have not been independently verified for this guide.

Amenities

Amenities across the Bloom Towers complex, shared by Tower A, are masterplan-wide rather than tower-exclusive: swimming pools, state-of-the-art gyms, sauna and steam rooms, a co-working space, a private outdoor dining area, a private theatre, a running/jogging track, an event amphitheatre, a kids' play area, 24-hour security and CCTV, dedicated parking, water features and landscaping, and a lounge lobby. No source found for this guide claims any amenity as exclusive to Tower A specifically. Owners and prospective renters should confirm current on-site facilities directly with the building's management, since amenity offerings can change over time.

Transportation & Access

JVC has no metro station of its own. The nearest operating stations, Mall of the Emirates Metro and Dubai Internet City Metro, sit roughly 3-5 km away by road, with RTA bus route J01 connecting Mall of the Emirates to JVC via Circle Mall. Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road access place Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport within a reasonable drive.

Royale Stays has not independently confirmed a building-specific rental or sale-price figure for Bloom Towers A to its two-source standard in this pass. A single 2020 press release cited launch-period pricing and a promotional guaranteed return, but that figure was a time-bound sales promotion from a specific marketing push, not a durable building fact, so it is not presented here as a current 2026 figure. Owners considering a unit at Bloom Towers A can run their own numbers through Royale Stays' Dubai property ROI calculator for a unit-specific estimate instead.

Airbnb / Short-Term Rental Income Potential

An independent Booking.com listing, "Bloom Tower A District 10," already markets a furnished one-bedroom unit inside Tower A specifically. This is a third-party operator listing, not a Royale Stays-managed property, and should be read as market evidence that short-term letting is already happening in this exact building, not as a claim about any specific listing's performance.

JVC is a confirmed, active Royale Stays management area, with dedicated building guides already covering Bloom Towers B and C alongside Binghatti Heights, Hyati Avenue and DAMAC Ghalia.

Short-term letting anywhere in Dubai, including at Bloom Towers A, runs through a DTCM (Department of Economy and Tourism) holiday home permit. Royale Stays' guide to the Dubai holiday home permit covers what the process and fees generally involve.

For an owner weighing whether Airbnb makes sense for a unit at Bloom Towers A, the practical starting points are confirming the DTCM permit route, furnishing to a standard that competes with the building's existing short-term listings, and pricing against comparable JVC units. Royale Stays manages the full furnishing, photography, pricing, check-in and guest communications process for owners who prefer not to handle it directly – see also Royale Stays' wider Dubai Airbnb management overview. Owners ready to move forward can submit their property for a management review to get a clearer read on its Airbnb potential.

Royale Stays does not yet have Bloom Towers A-specific portfolio data to draw on for this guide; this section reflects the already-visible operator/listing demand at Bloom Towers A only, reviewed by Chris Veinbaums, DTCM-licensed operator.
