Liwan is outside Royale Stays' core managed areas (Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, JBR and Business Bay), so no verified area-level short-term rental earnings benchmark is available for Platinum by Vision specifically. The building is a standard freehold residential development with no hotel or serviced-apartment component and no Vida branding, which is the only confirmed prohibition under Royale Stays' permit policy, so there is no confirmed prohibition on holiday-home letting here.
