Celine by Vision is one of several Liwan projects by Vision Developments, alongside its sister building Karma Residence, also in Wadi Al Safa 2 and also profiled by Royale Stays. It sits directly next to, but is a separate building from, Wavez by Danube, a neighbouring apartment project by a different developer.

Property Finder's current agency listing separately quotes a headline starting price of AED 1.1 million for the project, a figure the platform itself notes is subject to change based on market conditions and availability, and likely reflects current resale asking levels rather than the original launch price.
Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Income Potential
Liwan is outside Royale Stays' core managed areas (Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, JBR and Business Bay), so no verified area-level short-term rental earnings benchmark is available for Celine by Vision specifically. The building is a standard freehold residential development with no hotel or serviced-apartment component and no Vida branding, which is the only confirmed prohibition under Royale Stays' permit policy, so there is no confirmed prohibition on holiday-home letting here.
