Naya at District One is a Nakheel-managed residential development on the shore of the Crystal Lagoon in District One, Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City), Dubai. Meydan, the master developer of the wider District One masterplan, launched the project in October 2023, with Nakheel managing the development itself. Naya features three distinctive, green-roof towers of 13, 17 and 20 storeys set on the lagoon shore, alongside a separate collection of ground-floor Lagoon Villas with private gardens and terraces.
Naya is not part of the original District One villa and mansion collection built by the Meydan Sobha joint venture in the 2010s. It is a separate, newer development within the same District One branded masterplan, alongside sibling Nakheel-managed developments District One West and Lagoon Views. A second phase, Naya 2, launched in Q1 2025 with further apartments and one exclusive penthouse.
