Belgravia 1, JVC
Belgravia 1 is a 5-storey building in Jumeirah Village Circle with 181 homes, from one-bedroom to three-bedroom apartments. Nakheel launched JVC as a freehold master development, and the community is set up as family-friendly and pet-friendly, with a kids' play area among its amenities. This is a low block in a district of low blocks, so it feels more like a neighbourhood than a tower. Our Jumeirah Village Circle area guide covers the whole community.

- Frequently Asked Questions
Inside the building
A swimming pool serves residents and a gym sits inside the building. You can swim before work or train when you get home.
Children have a play area, and landscaped gardens soften the ground level. A family can spend an afternoon outdoors without leaving the block.
Parking for residents comes with the building, and a reception desk serves residents. Security and CCTV cover the premises. Maintenance is provided at the building, which keeps a long stay simple.
From the airport
From the middle of Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai International Airport (DXB) is about 36.4 km by road, roughly 32 minutes without traffic. A taxi from arrivals does it in one go. The run is long, so a late arrival works better here than a rushed one.
Roads
JVC is reached from Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road, with Hessa Street as another route. Construction is still going on in parts of the community, so some streets are noisier than the finished districts.
Buses and the metro
RTA route J01 runs through Jumeirah Village Circle and stops at 39 places inside the community. It links JVC with Mall of the Emirates, giving residents a bus connection toward the Red Line. Residents who want the Red Line reach it through Al Furjan or Gardens stations, the nearest metro stops to JVC.
The beach
Jumeirah's beaches and attractions are about a 20-minute drive from JVC, so a swim in the sea is an outing rather than a stroll.
Parks and sport
Circle Community Park has walking areas and play areas, with exercise spots for residents. Parks and jogging trails run through the community, with a kids' play area and sports courts beside them.
Padel and teqball
A teqball table, padel courts and a football pitch are among the sports facilities set among the parks. A gym session in the building can end with a game outdoors.
Circle Mall
Circle Mall opened to the public in April 2021 and spans 532,000 sq ft, with parking for over 2,500 cars. You can spend a whole afternoon there when the heat builds.
Shops at Circle Mall
Circle Mall opened with Spinneys supermarket as one of its anchor stores. Crocs and Skechers were among the shops that opened there during 2025. Joe and The Juice and Wontoneria are among its cafes.
The grocery run
Households in JVC shop at Spinneys and West Zone, with Renee and Choithrams as other supermarkets. A stocked kitchen on the first night makes the arrival day easier, and you can do the shop on the way in.
Clinics
Karama Medical Centre on Kaheel Boulevard is the clinic most residents use for day-to-day care. LIFE Medical Centre and Aster Clinic are among the clinics listed for JVC.
Schools
Neighbouring Jumeirah Village Triangle holds Sunmarke and Arcadia schools, while JSS is the only all-through school located inside JVC. Arcadia School is a British-curriculum school on Orchid Street. Ladybird Early Learning Centre is on Street 26, combining the early-years framework with a Montessori approach.
Eating out
LOUI Restaurant and Cafe and Teeneh ow Zeytoneh are listed among the independent cafes and restaurants in JVC. Socialicous and The Desert Wok are among the restaurants too, so a week of dinners need not repeat.
Green space and golf
JVC is known for green space and a family-friendly setting. That shapes how the district feels.
A wide footprint
A 5-storey block with 181 homes spreads wider than it climbs. That suits you if you prefer walking out through a short stair to riding a long lift.
National Day
UAE National Day is marked with a two-day public holiday on Wednesday 2 and Thursday 3 December 2026, which applies to public and private sector staff.
Hotels nearby
The First Collection JVC and FIVE Jumeirah Village are among the hotels in and beside the community, so the area already sees visitors who sleep there. You are not the first to choose JVC for a stay.
Mosques
A mosque at Circle Mall in District 11 holds up to 300 worshippers and has a separate area for women, with access from the mall basement car park.
A day in the building
A slow day can stay inside the building. You can swim in the morning and spend the afternoon in the gardens. The play area keeps children busy, and a gym downstairs covers the evening. The day needs no planning at all.
Mornings
Mornings run well in a low block. You can swim before the heat, then train. Landscaped gardens offer a gentler start for anyone who prefers a walk.
Weekends with children
A weekend with children needs somewhere to burn off energy. The play area covers the first hour and the gardens cover the second. The three-bedroom homes give the whole family a base.
Evenings
Security and CCTV cover the premises, and parking for residents means you can come home late without circling the block.
A wet day
When the weather turns, the gym and the play area keep a family indoors and busy. The gardens wait for the next dry hour, and the day does not stall.
For a couple
A couple gets a pool and landscaped gardens, which turns an ordinary evening into something slower than a night out. It needs no booking, and it suits a short break well.
For a family
A family with children gets a play area and gardens in the same low block, and the three-bedroom homes give a larger party room to spread out. The adults can supervise from a chair.
For remote work
JVC suits remote workers and dog owners, as well as families who want more space, and residents find it easy to meet people. Someone working here for a month gets a gym downstairs, parking and maintenance on site.
For a long stay
On a stay of several weeks, the small things carry weight. Maintenance is provided at the building, a reception desk handles arrivals, and parking for residents means you can keep a car. You settle in quickly and stop thinking about logistics.
What to weigh
Belgravia 1 suits you if you want a low block in a green, family community. It suits you less if you want the metro close, since the nearest Red Line stations are at Al Furjan and Gardens. The Icon Casa and Mulberry Park are two other JVC buildings with their own guides.
If you own here
If you own here, Royale Stays manages homes for owners at a management fee from 15%. The service covers furnishing and photography. It also covers pricing and check-in, plus guest communications and maintenance coordination. An apartment needs Residential on its title deed to qualify for a holiday home permit, and hotel rooms and hotel apartments are not eligible.
