Sources place the estimated handover between Q2 and Q3 2027, and one market-data platform recorded the project at roughly 61% construction progress as of August 2026.
As of this guide's research date, Onda by Kasco remains under construction and off-plan, with active resale and pre-registration activity on the Dubai Land Department's public transaction record: more than 50 sale transactions had been logged for the project as of August 2026. The plot previously held a different, cancelled project named Singapore Tower before Onda was launched.
Future STR Potential
Onda by Kasco is not yet delivered, so there is no current income figure, occupancy data or existing short-term rental listing to report, and Royale Stays does not manage any unit here today.
