About Burj Royale

Burj Royale rises 58 storeys above a six-storey podium on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, in the heart of Downtown Dubai next to the Old Town district. Developed by Emaar Properties, construction began in February 2019 and finished in October 2022.

The tower holds the distinction of being the last residential tower in Downtown Dubai with a completely unobstructed view of both the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain.
