Inside the tower
A swimming pool serves residents and a gym sits inside the building, so you can swim before a day out and train when you return.
A sauna and a steam room give the tower a slower side, and a jacuzzi sits beside them. After a long day on the promenade, an hour in the steam room is a simple way to finish, and it is a full set of wellness space for a mid-height block.

From the airport
Dubai International Airport (DXB) is 38.4 km from the tower, about 35 minutes by road without traffic. A taxi from arrivals does it in one go. The run is long, so a late arrival works better here than a rushed one.
Metro
Dubai Marina is served by two Dubai Metro Red Line stations, Sobha Realty and DMCC. Residents reach them on foot or by tram, and a quick taxi serves the far towers, and RTA bus routes connect on to Ibn Battuta and Mall of the Emirates, so the rail network is within reach even without a car.
Water bus and tram
The Marina Promenade water bus stop is 0.43 km from the tower, and the tram links the Marina with JBR, so you can reach the beachfront and its restaurants without a car.
Roads
Dubai Marina connects to Sheikh Zayed Road, a highway the city leans on every day. It takes about six minutes to reach it from within the Marina. That is quick on a quiet morning.
Parking
Many Marina towers provide resident parking, but public parking is limited and paid public spaces fill quickly, so visitor parking is worth checking per building. Parking for residents comes with this tower, which makes a car easier to keep.
The beach
The Beach JBR is used for beach picnics and water sports, and the Dubai Tram links the Marina to JBR so a car is not needed.
The promenade
Dubai Marina has few parks, so the Marina Walk and promenade take the place of green space for jogging and cycling. The Marina Walk is good for walking, with cafes and retail along it, and more than 600 boats and yachts are moored beside it.
Beach clubs
Beach clubs such as Zero Gravity and Barasti operate along the Marina and JBR waterfront.

Reel Cinemas is 0.65 km from the tower, which makes a film an easy plan when the heat is too much.

Cafes line the promenade, and The Marina Mall and The Walk at JBR add further dining. The Scene and Carluccio's are for breakfast, and Seven Hot Pot Marina and Doner Market are for casual meals around Dubai Marina Mall and Marina Walk.

Al Maya Supermarket is 0.14 km from the tower, which makes it the shop for water and milk on the first evening, and Halab al Shahba Pharmacy is 0.12 km away. Supermarkets and banks cluster toward the east end of the Marina, with pharmacies among them.
Schools
Dubai Marina has no major schools inside it, but nurseries serve young children and larger schools sit a drive away, so older children travel to nearby areas each day. A family with school-age children should plan around that.
Doctors
Medcare Medical Centre, MBF Health Square, Emerald Avenue Medical Clinic and Aster Xpress Clinic serve the JBR area, and Saudi German Hospital in Al Barsha is the nearby hospital named for emergencies.
Gyms beyond the tower
F45, Go Eclipse, Wellfit, JA Ocean View Gym, Balans Studio and The Marina Gym are in Dubai Marina, and Fitness Zone, Barry's Gym, KO8 and Sweat Fitness are in JBR. If you want a class rather than a machine, the options are close.
Retail at JBR
A retail complex built on the sand at JBR has four plazas and parking, with about seventy shops and restaurants.
Bluewaters
Ain Dubai on Bluewaters Island reopened to the public on 26 December 2024 after about two years closed, and tickets are sold on its official website.
Mosques
Mosque Sheikh Rashid bin Mohammed and Al Tasamuh Mosque are both mapped in Dubai Marina.
How JBR began
JBR was launched by Dubai Properties, a Dubai Holding subsidiary, in August 2002 and finished in 2010.
The tram
The Dubai Tram opened to the public in November 2014.
A day in the tower
