About Executive Tower M
Executive Tower M, also marketed as West Heights 1, is a residential tower in the Executive Towers complex in Business Bay, developed by Dubai Properties. It is the tallest of the complex’s eleven residential towers, standing 52 to 53 storeys depending on the source: Bayut states 210 metres and 52 floors, while PropSearch states 53 storeys, a common ground-floor counting variance seen elsewhere in this same building cluster. The wider Executive Towers complex comprises 12 buildings in total: eleven residential towers, named B, C, Aspect Tower (also called D), E, F, G, H, J, K, L and M, plus the separate Taj Dubai hotel tower. Construction on the complex began in 2005 and was completed by 2009, with around 1,799 apartments across the whole development. Executive Tower M is not the same building as Executive Tower A, a separate residential tower in the same complex covered in its own Royale Stays guide, nor is it connected to DAMAC Executive Bay, an unrelated DAMAC-developed twin-tower complex elsewhere in Business Bay that happens to share the word "Executive" in its name.
