Victory Heights is a freehold villa and townhouse community within Dubai Sports City, part of the wider Dubailand master-development region in Dubai. The community was launched in October 2007 as a joint venture between Dubai Sports City and Bahrain’s Arcapita Bank, with construction beginning in 2006. Handovers began in 2010, and the community was fully completed in January 2014.
Victory Heights is built around The Els Club, an 18-hole championship golf course and the first course Ernie Els designed in the Middle East.
