Uniestate Prime Tower is a freehold 10-storey residential building in JVC District 10, Jumeirah Village Circle. Propsearch.ae names UniEstate as the developer, Barajeel Engineering Consultants as the architectural consultant, Ali Bin Salem Contracting as the main contractor and Geo Foundation Group for the foundations. Propsearch.ae and Dubricks record construction from September 2016 and completion in July 2020.
Propsearch.ae says the project was first launched in 2008 by a different developer as German Supreme Tower 1, and was rebranded when construction started after a long delay. It gives the project value as AED 58,988,000 (about USD 16.1 million), a developer estimate made before construction. Dubricks records a plot of 9,533 square metres.
Architect, start and completion dates are confirmed by propsearch.ae and Dubricks; the developer name, contractors and the earlier project name come from propsearch.ae alone. Propsearch.ae's own text gives both 2016 and 2017 as the construction start, and lists a handover estimate of 2010, so only the September 2016 start shared with Dubricks is used. It puts studios at 420 to 509 sq ft, one-bedroom units at 746 to 2,958 sq ft and two-bedroom units at 1,214 to 2,972 sq ft. Dubricks also mentions duplex units, with balconies and built-in wardrobes.
The one-bedroom and two-bedroom ranges are very wide, and several Dubai Land Department records list one-bedroom units of 1,468 to 1,905 sq ft, so they probably include combined units or duplexes. Recent sales are of studios of 451 and 458 sq ft.

Recent Dubai Land Department sale records for Uniestate Prime Tower show studios at AED 530,000 and AED 750,000 in April and August 2026. Propsearch.ae lists 50 transaction records for the building, of which ten are shown on the page.
Two of those ten are usable studio sales: a 451 sq ft studio at AED 530,000 on 13 April (AED 1,175 per sq ft) and a 458 sq ft studio at AED 750,000, recorded as a delayed sale, on 10 August (AED 1,638).
