Bayut's own Tower A page states 400 units and its Tower B page states 248 units (implying roughly 648 across both towers), but Bayut's combined Two Towers page and Squareyards' project page both separately state 248 units for the whole complex, directly contradicting the per-tower breakdown from the same portals.
