Propsearch.ae names Emirates Engineer Consulting Engineering as the architect of record and Al Sayegh Contracting as the main contractor. It gives the project value as AED 111,718,000 (about USD 30.4 million), a developer estimate made before construction. Dubricks lists the configuration as ground floor, four podium levels and 19 floors above.
