Propsearch.ae, Bayut.com and Dubricks all name Mr Mhamed Bakri and Mr Majed Hawayy as the developers. Construction began in the first quarter of 2015 and the tower was completed in the fourth quarter of 2018.
Propsearch.ae names Next Engineering Consultants as the architectural consultant. Dubricks records the building as completed and mature, and Bayut.com describes a high-tech security system, CCTV, 24-hour security staff and round-the-clock concierge services.
