Recent Dubai Land Department sale records for Roxana Residences, filtered to Sale transactions, show a studio at AED 475,000, a one-bedroom at AED 990,000 and a three-bedroom at AED 1,850,000 between March and September. Propsearch.ae lists 50 sale transaction records for the building, of which ten are shown on the page.
