It stands 16 storeys high, and Dubricks records the configuration as ground, four podium levels and eleven floors. Construction began in August 2023 and propsearch.ae records completion in the first quarter of 2026. The architectural consultant was Al Khawajah Engineering Consultancy, with Stromek Emirates Foundations on the foundations.
Dubricks and DXB Interact both count 174 units. Propsearch.ae gives the project value as AED 64,750,000 (about USD 17.6 million), a developer estimate made before construction. In Dubai Land Department data the building appears as Rise Residences.
