Recent Dubai Land Department sale records for Regent Court, filtered to Sale transactions, show one-bedroom units at AED 365,000 to AED 596,000 and a two-bedroom at AED 2,000,000 between July and August 2026. Propsearch.ae lists 50 transaction records for the building, of which ten are shown on the page.
Eight of those ten are sales: a 875 sq ft one-bedroom at AED 482,000, a 1,083 sq ft unit at AED 596,000 and an 887 sq ft unit at AED 488,000 on 20 July, then a 1,912 sq ft two-bedroom at AED 2,000,000 and one-bedroom units of 821, 861, 663 and 665 sq ft at AED 452,000, AED 474,000, AED 365,000 and AED 366,000 on 27 August. All seven one-bedroom sales work out at almost exactly AED 550 per sq ft on only two dates, which points to block transactions at a fixed rate rather than individual market prices, and the 2,000,000 two-bedroom is about AED 1,046 per sq ft, so treat every figure as indicative only. Excluded as not being sales: two Mortgage Registrations (AED 438,665 and AED 479,000). DXB Interact's medians of AED 550 per sq ft repeat that same rate for every unit type and are left out.
