Plaza Residences is a freehold multi-building complex in JVC District 13, Jumeirah Village Circle. Propsearch.ae names The Cayan Group, through its subsidiary Cayan Investment and Development, as the developer. It comprises four buildings, Plaza Block A, Plaza Block B, Plaza Block C and Plaza Block D, in a Spanish style. Construction began in October 2008 and the project was completed in September 2017.
The blocks differ in height. Propsearch.ae lists them at 11, 17, 11 and 5 storeys in one place and describes the tallest as 16 floors, two others as ten and the fourth as four in another, a one-floor difference the source does not explain. It gives the project value as AED 282,388,000 (about USD 76.9 million), a developer estimate made before construction.
