Its shorter twin, Marina View Tower B, rises 12 storeys next door; both towers share the same architect, Eng. Adnan Saffarini. The project was announced in 2004 and construction began in 2005.
PropSearch’s own building-guide text for the complex states the towers were "finished for handover in 2008", though a separate summary box on PropSearch’s own complex-level page shows 2007, an internal inconsistency on that single source. This guide uses the two-source-agreed 2008 completion date rather than the outlier, the same resolution independently reached while verifying the neighbouring Tower B guide.
