Luma Park Views is a 25-storey freehold residential tower in JVC District 14, Jumeirah Village Circle, developed by TownX. Construction began in July 2023 and propsearch.ae records completion in October 2025, ahead of the June 2026 handover date given at launch. The architectural consultant was POE Engineering Consultants and the configuration is ground floor, four podium levels and twenty residential floors.
Dubricks and DXB Interact count 606 units, of which DXB Interact lists 6 as commercial. Propsearch.ae gives the project value as AED 261,090,000 (about USD 71.1 million), a developer estimate made before construction, and Dubricks puts the plot at 69,107 sq ft.
Developer (TownX), storeys (25) and freehold status confirmed by propsearch.ae, bayut.com and dubricks.com. Disclosed conflict no source could break: completion is October 2025 on propsearch.ae and 2025 on bayut.com, while dubricks.com still shows the project as under construction at 95.01% with an anticipated completion of June 2026, which looks like a stale status field.
