Loci Residences is a six-storey residential building with one basement parking level in JVC District 14, Jumeirah Village Circle, developed by Lootah Real Estate Development. Construction began in January 2018 and propsearch.ae records completion in March 2023.
Propsearch.ae and Dubricks both count 114 units. DXB Interact lists 126, made up of 68 studios, 36 one-bedroom apartments, 10 two-bedroom apartments and 12 commercial units, so the residential part of its count, 68 plus 36 plus 10, is the same 114. The architectural consultant was Arif & Bintoak, with Hadeed Emirates Contracting as main contractor. The name comes from the Latin for places or community.

Dubricks still shows the project as under construction with an anticipated completion of March 2023, which is out of date: the Dubai Land Department records on propsearch.ae show sales of registered units through September 2026. The 126 against 114 counts are reconciled by the 12 commercial units DXB Interact lists, which is our reading rather than a stated fact on either site. DXB Interact's narrative summary describes a waterfront marina community and does not match JVC, so only its unit and price figures are used. Bayut.com publishes no detail page.
