Le Reve is an all-penthouse residential tower in Dubai Marina, developed by Xtreme Vision near the Mina Seyahi end of the community.
Multiple independent sources (Skyscraper Center's CTBUH database, Propsearch and, in part, Bayut's own body text) consistently describe Le Reve as a 50-storey tower designed by WS Atkins & Partners, standing 210 metres (689 feet) tall. Construction began in 2004 and the building was completed in November 2006. It offers 80 units across two apartment styles, Presidential Suites and Royal Suites, in 4 to 6-bedroom penthouse layouts, with the largest units spanning a full floor.
Some portals list Le Reve as 52 storeys rather than 50; Skyscraper Center's CTBUH database and Propsearch's own DLD-linked building record both state 50, which this guide uses. "Le Reve" (French for "the dream") is also the name of an unrelated Cirque du Soleil resident show at Wynn Las Vegas and an unrelated Dubai-based aesthetics clinic, lereveclinic.ae. Neither is connected to this Dubai Marina residential tower.
