Le Grand Chateau is a multi-building complex in JVC District 10, Jumeirah Village Circle, developed by Al Fara'a Properties, the developer behind The Manhattan and Mulberry Mansions in JVC. Propsearch.ae records construction starting in January 2014 and the project completing in 2014, while bayut.com says it was launched in 2007 and completed in 2014. It is not the same building as Aces Chateau, another JVC building with a similar name.
The complex has four parts: Le Grand Chateau Block A, Block B, Block C and the Villas. The apartment blocks are described as five storeys and the townhouses as three floors with four bedrooms. Bayut.com describes the design as inspired by the 16th-century chateaux of France's Loire Valley, with lawns and fountains between the buildings. There are 185 apartments and 15 townhouses, and DXB Interact's count of 188 units matches this if you add 3 commercial units.
