Who it suits, from a weekend to a month
A weekend here is built on the water and the fire. The pool and the jacuzzi carry the daytime, and the barbecue area gives a Saturday evening somewhere to happen if you have brought friends or want to cook outdoors.

The studio and the one-bedroom, room by room
A studio folds sleeping, eating and working into one room, so it asks you to be tidy and rewards you with a shorter walk to the kettle. A one-bedroom separates sleep from the rest, which matters when one of you gets up at six and the other does not. Landing at DXB
Dubai International (DXB) is 22.0 km from the tower, about twenty-three minutes by road, and a taxi from arrivals reaches the entrance in one leg. The reception desk is the first point of contact once you are inside.
Congestion creates bottlenecks entering Business Bay from Sheikh Zayed Road, and peak-hour traffic is heavy. Al Khail Road and Ras Al Khor Road are the other ways in, which gives you a second answer when the first is slow.
A rainy day, and a working one
When the weather turns, the sauna, the steam room and the jacuzzi are the three rooms that make a wet afternoon feel planned. The residents' lounge or function room keeps a book or a laptop in reach between sessions.
If you are working from the flat, the day needs two edges, a gym session before the first call and one after the last. Getting around the district
The nearest ferry stop is Al Wajeha Al Maeyah, 0.28 km from the building. The canal marine line DC2 runs along the water and stops at Marasi and Business Bay among its stations, which makes the boat a slower and calmer way across the district.
Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall is the closest Red Line station in the dossier, 2.4 km from the tower. Business Bay is itself a station on the line, one stop from Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall, so the rail network is a short hop whichever way you walk.

Business Bay was established in 2003. Its infrastructure was completed in 2008. The district is designed to echo business centres such as Manhattan, and it sits between Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road.
Heat, steam and the garden
The sauna and the steam room sit beside each other in the building's wellness offer. They make a quiet end to a day of meetings, and together with the jacuzzi they turn a bad-weather afternoon into something to look forward to.
Landscaped gardens soften the base of the tower, and the barbecue area gives them a use. Bay Avenue Park is a green space used for walking and jogging if you want more room than the garden gives.
The first evening and the first morning
A supermarket is only 0.03 km from the tower, so the first evening shop needs no planning. Spinneys and Choithrams stand on Bay Avenue for the bigger one.
For a prescription, Supercare Pharmacy is 0.74 km from the door. For a doctor, Medx clinic is 0.7 km away, and Emirates Hospital Clinic is on Bay Avenue.
Cafe Delices and Caffe Divino are for coffee, and Vyne Restaurant and Bar and Circle Cafe are for breakfast and weekend brunch.

Deyaar is a name you meet more than once in Business Bay. Mayfair Tower is a 22-storey Deyaar building with 218 apartments, and Clayton Residency was developed by Deyaar as well. Hamilton Residency belongs to the same family of mid-priced towers, built for people who want the district without paying for a landmark.
The roof, the lounge and the spa
The roof or deck area is the open-air room of the building, and the residents' lounge or function room is the indoor one. The barbecue area and the landscaped gardens add more open air, so the building offers outdoor space in more than one place rather than a single pool deck. The spa sits between the two in spirit, a place to book time rather than a corridor to walk past. Between them, a rainy week stays livable, and a clear evening has somewhere to go.
