Ellington House 3 is a genuinely separate building from Ellington House, Ellington House 2 and Ellington House 4, all numbered phases of the same immediate Ellington House development in Dubai Hills Estate rather than alternate names for one building. Construction on Ellington House 3 began in February 2023 and the project was completed in August 2026, following earlier marketing estimates of a 2025 handover.
Ellington House 4, a further phase in the same development, remained under construction as of this guide's research; Ellington House, Ellington House 2 and Ellington House 3 are confirmed complete.
