Dune Residency is a freehold 20-storey residential tower in JVC District 17, Jumeirah Village Circle. Construction began in May 2015 and propsearch.ae and Dubricks both record completion in June 2019. Propsearch.ae names John R. Harris and Partners as the architectural consultant.
Propsearch.ae gives the project value as AED 45,700,000 (about USD 12.4 million), a developer estimate made before construction. Dubricks records a configuration of ground floor, four podium levels and 16 floors, and a plot of 9,141 square metres.
Storeys, the May 2015 start and the June 2019 completion are confirmed by two or more portals. Disclosed conflict on the developer: propsearch.ae names Dune Properties and Beaver Gulf Real Estate Development, Bayut.com names Dune Properties alone and Dubricks gives no developer, so both names are shown. Bayut.com counts 15 residential floors above four parking levels, which is consistent with 20 storeys in total. Property Finder holds no page for the building and dxbinteract.com could not be loaded.
