Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Income Potential

Jumeirah Lakes Towers sits directly beside Dubai Marina, one of Royale Stays' five core managed areas alongside Palm Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai, JBR and Business Bay. Dubai Arch Tower is a privately developed freehold building with individual ownership, confirmed by ongoing Dubai Land Department sale transactions, and short-term letting anywhere in Dubai, including at Dubai Arch Tower, runs through a DTCM (Department of Economy and Tourism) holiday home permit, the same licensing requirement that applies regardless of building or area. An owner considering Airbnb at Dubai Arch Tower would need to hold that permit before listing a unit, in addition to confirming the building's own short-term letting policy.

Dubai Arch Tower already has a visible short-term rental presence: live listings on Booking.com ("Lovely Studio at The Arch Tower JLT") and Agoda ("Arch Tower JLT near Dubai Marina Mall, JBR") show existing demand for short stays in the building. Royale Stays does not currently have booking data specific to Dubai Arch Tower to draw on, Royale Stays can manage the full process for owners who prefer not to handle it directly, covering permit arrangement, furnishing, photography, pricing, check-in and guest communications, for a fee starting from 15%. See Royale Stays' Dubai holiday home permit guide for the current permit process.

Booking.com and Agoda listings show existing short-term-rental activity in the building. JLT is outside Royale Stays' five core managed areas, and Royale Stays does not currently manage this building.
