About Dreams Towers

Dreams Towers is a freehold residential complex in Dubai Marina, developed by Desert Dream Investments & Development. Construction began in 2004 and the development was completed in 2007. It is made up of two individually named buildings, Dreams Tower 1 (29 storeys) and Dreams Tower 2 (7 storeys), that share the same development name and site.

Unlike some twin-tower Marina developments built around a shared podium, Dreams Tower 1 and Dreams Tower 2 are recorded by the Dubai Land Department as a single building name, DREAM TOWER, across every sale, mortgage and gift-transfer record checked for this guide. Because neither the developer's own marketing nor DLD's own transaction data gives Tower 1 and Tower 2 separate identities the way some other Marina twin-tower complexes do, this guide covers Dreams Towers as one combined building profile rather than splitting it into two.

The architectural consultant on the project is named as National Engineering Bureau. One source lists a slightly later completion window (2009 to 2010); the 2007 date given by propsearch.ae and flatreviews.com is used throughout.

Completion year: propsearch.ae and flatreviews.com both state 2007. A Wikipedia stub for this building gives 2009 to 2010.

Location & Nearby Landmarks

Dreams Towers sits in the Marsa Dubai area of Dubai Marina, close to The Walk JBR (around 1.0 km) and Marina Beach (around 0.9 km). Ain Dubai on Bluewaters Island is roughly 1.6 km away, and Reel Cinemas at Dubai Marina Mall is about a 0.8 km walk.

The ground floor of the complex itself holds a small run of everyday outlets, including a supermarket, a pharmacy, a gym and a handful of restaurants and cafes. Close neighbouring buildings include Zumurud Tower, about 0.2 km away, and Horizon Tower, also close by, both covered in their own Royale Stays guides.

For the wider Dubai Marina picture, from average earnings to occupancy trends, see Royale Stays' Dubai Marina area guide.

Landmark and nearby-building distances are sourced from propsearch.ae's own location data for this building; treat as general area context, not precise measured distances.

Unit Types at Dreams Towers

Dreams Towers offers one- and two-bedroom apartments across both towers, plus a small number of five-bedroom penthouses. This unit mix is per propsearch.ae and dxboffplan.com.

Dubai Land Department transaction records show recent one-bedroom units ranging from about 678 to 782 sq ft, and two-bedroom units around 1,576 to 1,597 sq ft. No total unit count for the complex was confirmed by any source checked for this guide, so no figure is given here.

Amenities

Per two building-guide sources, Dreams Towers offers a heated outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, a business centre, an internet cafe, barbecue areas, and 24-hour reception and security services.

Transportation & Access

Dreams Towers sits within Dubai Marina's well-connected road network, close to Sheikh Zayed Road. The Walk JBR and Dubai Marina Mall are both within about a kilometre, walkable for most residents. Dubai International Airport (DXB) is roughly 29 minutes' drive and Al Maktoum International Airport roughly 32 minutes' drive.

Drive times are general estimates from propsearch.ae's own commute-time data, not live traffic figures.

Price Guide: Dreams Towers, Dubai Marina

Dubai Land Department-recorded sales at Dreams Towers show one-bedroom apartments changing hands recently for roughly AED 900,000 to AED 1,150,000 (678 to 782 sq ft). A 694 sq ft one-bedroom unit was also mortgaged for AED 720,000 in August 2026.

Two-bedroom units around 1,576 to 1,597 sq ft were recorded transferring via gift transactions for roughly AED 2.23 million to AED 2.28 million in January 2026. Gift transfers are typically family transactions rather than open-market sales, so treat these as a size and value reference point rather than a like-for-like sale comparison.

Pricing figures are sourced from individually dated Dubai Land Department transaction records published via propsearch.ae (recorded January to August 2026), covering sale, mortgage-registration and gift transaction types; they are a general guide to recent activity, not a live quote or valuation.

Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Income Potential

Dubai Marina is one of Royale Stays' five core managed areas, alongside Palm Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai, JBR and Business Bay. A professionally managed one-bedroom apartment in Dubai Marina typically earns around AED 16,400 per month on Airbnb, compared to around AED 7,000 per month on a standard 12-month tenancy for a similar unit, per Royale Stays' Dubai Marina area guide.

Dreams Towers is a standard freehold residential building rather than a hotel-branded or serviced-apartment property, so holiday-home permitting for a unit here follows the normal Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism process rather than needing to be arranged through a building management company. See Royale Stays' holiday home permit guide for the full process.

The figures above reflect the Dubai Marina area generally. Owners of a one- or two-bedroom apartment here can see how the numbers work for their specific unit through Royale Stays' Airbnb management services, which start from a 15% fee and cover furnishing, photography, pricing, check-in, guest communications and maintenance, or get a free assessment by submitting a property directly.
