Dezire Residences is a freehold 15-storey residential tower in JVC District 17, Jumeirah Village Circle. Construction began in June 2015 against an estimated handover of December 2017, and propsearch.ae and Dubricks record completion in February 2020. Propsearch.ae names DEC Dynamic as the architectural consultant.
Propsearch.ae gives the project value as AED 43,924,000 (about USD 12 million), a developer estimate made before construction. The building has retail units at street level, and Dubricks records a configuration of ground floor, four podium levels and 15 floors.
Storeys, the 2015 start and the February 2020 completion are confirmed by two or more portals. Disclosed conflict on the developer: propsearch.ae names KRS Developments and Eastern Sun Holdings, while Dubricks names Bluechip Real Estate Development and Bayut.com names Bluechip Development, so the developer is left unresolved. Recent Dubai Land Department sale records for Dezire Residences, filtered to Sale transactions, show studios at AED 315,000 to AED 420,000, a one-bedroom at AED 849,000 and two-bedroom units at AED 1,200,000 to AED 1,250,000 between January and September 2026. Propsearch.ae lists 50 transaction records for the building, of which ten are shown on the page.
