About Creek Rise
Creek Rise comprises two residential high-rise towers, Creek Rise Tower 1 and Creek Rise Tower 2, developed by Emaar Properties (via its subsidiary The Lagoons Phase One) on the northern part of Creek Island in Dubai Creek Harbour's Al Khairan First sub-area.
Construction began in April 2017. The original estimated handover was August 2020, but the project was not completed until October 2024, a delay of roughly four years. Both towers are now finished and ready to move into, with an active resale market: Dubai Land Department records show 50 recorded sale transactions for Creek Rise as of early September 2026, including recent 1 and 2-bedroom apartment sales in both towers.
Tower 1 rises 36 storeys and Tower 2 rises 46 storeys. Both buildings offer 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, with a combined size range of roughly 785 to 1,642 square feet reported across the development.
