About Creek Horizon Tower 2

Creek Horizon Tower 2 is the second of two residential towers in the Creek Horizon complex, developed by Emaar Properties through its Lagoons Phase One subsidiary on Creek Island in Dubai Creek Harbour. It should not be confused with Creek Horizon Tower 1, the twin tower immediately alongside it and covered separately by Royale Stays: the two towers share the same developer, site and completion date, but are separate registered buildings with their own storey counts and sales records.

Construction on the Creek Horizon complex began in December 2016, with both towers completing in September 2020. Sources describe Tower 2's height differently: PropSearch's own structured building specification lists the two towers at 39 and 34 storeys respectively, and a fresh, Tower 2-specific fetch of PropSearch's page independently reproduces that 34-storey figure. A separate aggregation source instead states 39 storeys for Tower 2, which more likely reflects a mix-up with Tower 1's own count than a genuine second data point, and a third source gives 33. This guide states Tower 2's height as approximately 33 to 34 storeys rather than picking one figure, favouring the two closely-clustered numbers over the isolated 39.

The complex offers one, two and three-bedroom apartments plus penthouses across both towers, with roughly 500 units in total. Tower 2's own units range from around 770 to 850 sq ft for one-bedroom layouts, up to 1,100 to 1,300 sq ft for two-bedroom and 1,500 to 1,700 sq ft for three-bedroom apartments, sitting comfortably inside the complex's wider 758 to 1,704 sq ft range. Each tower has its own private rooftop 'Harbour Lookout' entertainment deck, and the development follows Emaar's standard freehold structure with no hotel branding or leasehold restrictions.

Location & Nearby Landmarks

Creek Horizon Tower 2 sits on Creek Island in Al Khairan First, within Dubai Creek Harbour, the same site as its sibling Creek Horizon Tower 1. PropSearch's descriptive copy for the complex notes apartments face either the Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai skyline on one side, or the Green Gallery Park on the other, with views toward the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary from the wider district.

PropSearch's own commute-time estimates put Creek Horizon roughly 20 minutes' drive from Dubai Mall, 30 minutes from Burj Al Arab, 31 minutes from Palm Jumeirah and 35 minutes from The Walk JBR, with Dubai International Airport (DXB) around 23 minutes away and Al Maktoum International Airport around 50 minutes away.

For the wider area, Royale Stays' own Airbnb Management Dubai Creek Harbour: Complete Guide covers short-term rental performance and licensing across the district.

Other Creek Harbour buildings covered separately include Tower 2's own sibling Creek Horizon Tower 1, Harbour Views Tower 1 and Creek Edge Tower 1, for owners comparing buildings within Dubai Creek Harbour.

Unit Types

Creek Horizon Tower 2 offers one, two and three-bedroom apartments. One-bedroom units range from approximately 770 to 850 sq ft, two-bedroom units from 1,100 to 1,300 sq ft and three-bedroom units from 1,500 to 1,700 sq ft. Across both Creek Horizon towers, the wider complex totals around 500 apartments plus penthouses, per PropSearch, with penthouse sizes not independently broken out by tower.

Amenities

Tower 2's amenities include a swimming pool, described as infinity-edge by one source, a gymnasium, a games room and multi-purpose room, a children's play area, and a private rooftop 'Harbour Lookout' entertainment deck. A second, independent source separately confirms landscaped podium gardens, a barbecue area, 24-hour security, covered parking and high-speed elevators. Owners and prospective renters should confirm current on-site facilities directly with the building's management, since amenity offerings can change over time.

Transportation & Access

Creek Horizon Tower 2 sits on the same Creek Island site as Creek Horizon Tower 1 and Royale Stays' other Creek Island Building Guide siblings. PropSearch's own commute-time data, also cited in Location & Nearby Landmarks above, puts the area around 20 minutes' drive from Dubai Mall and 23 minutes from Dubai International Airport (DXB), with the newer Al Maktoum International Airport around 50 minutes away.

Neither source checked for this guide gives a specific walking distance to a Dubai Metro station. Dubai Creek Harbour's public transport network is still expanding as the wider master development builds out, so most residents currently rely on cars or ride-hailing rather than metro or tram access.

PropSearch's direct fetch surfaces multiple Dubai Land Department transactions explicitly labelled "CREEK HORIZON TOWER 2," covering sales and mortgage registrations for one and two-bedroom flats at approximately AED 1.3 to 2.5 million, dated June to July 2026. A separate listing-aggregation source, using a different methodology, reports a broadly consistent range: a median price around AED 2.8 million, a wider AED 1.8 to 8.9 million spread, and recent one to three-bedroom transactions between AED 1.4 and 3.75 million.

Royale Stays has not independently confirmed a specific long-term monthly rental figure or service charge for Creek Horizon Tower 2 in this pass, so neither is stated as fact. Owners weighing a specific unit's earning potential can run their own numbers through Royale Stays' Dubai property ROI calculator.

Airbnb / Short-Term Rental Income Potential

Dubai Creek Harbour is not one of Royale Stays' core managed areas, which currently cover Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, JBR and Business Bay. No dedicated short-term rental listing or operator page tied directly to Creek Horizon Tower 2's name was found for this guide, and Royale Stays states this honestly rather than inferring activity from neighbouring Creek Harbour buildings.

As a standard Emaar freehold tower with no hotel or serviced-apartment branding, an individual owner at Creek Horizon Tower 2 can generally apply for a DTCM holiday home permit in the normal way. Royale Stays' guide to the Dubai holiday home permit sets out the current fees and renewal process.

Owners considering Airbnb at Creek Horizon Tower 2 can lean on Royale Stays' full furnishing, photography, pricing, check-in and guest communications service, which starts at 15% of booking revenue. Owners ready to move forward can submit their property for a management review to get a clearer read on its Airbnb potential.
