Chaimaa Premiere is a freehold six-storey residential building in JVC District 15, Jumeirah Village Circle. Propsearch.ae names Chaimaa Holding Ltd as the developer, working through its subsidiary Deval Real Estate Development, and Dubricks names Chaimaa Holding Limited. Construction began in February 2017 and propsearch.ae records completion in April 2019.
Propsearch.ae names Dimensions Architecture Unlimited as the architectural consultant and gives the project value as AED 36,250,000 (about USD 9.9 million), a developer estimate made before construction. Dubricks describes Andalusian design touches such as an indoor fountain.
Developer, storeys and the 2017 start are confirmed by propsearch.ae and Dubricks, and Bayut.com agrees on the developer and six floors. Disclosed conflict: Bayut.com says the building was constructed in 2016, while propsearch.ae and Dubricks give an April 2019 completion, which is used here. DXB Interact counts 96 units: 51 studios, 36 one-bedroom apartments, 5 two-bedroom units and 4 commercial units. Bayut.com puts studios at 470 to 540 sq ft with an open kitchen, bathroom and balcony, one-bedroom units at 689 to 946 sq ft and two-bedroom units at 988 to 2,800 sq ft.
DXB Interact's ranges are wider: studios at 463 to 581 sq ft, one-bedrooms at 683 to 1,118 sq ft and two-bedrooms at 1,623 to 4,304 sq ft, so the two-bedroom size varies enormously. Dubricks shows three layouts, a studio, a one-bedroom with two bathrooms and a third type.

Recent Dubai Land Department sale records for Chaimaa Premiere, filtered to Sale transactions, show studios at AED 560,000 to AED 600,000 and one-bedroom apartments at AED 750,000 to AED 765,000 between June 2025 and April 2026. Propsearch.ae lists 50 transaction records for the building, of which ten are shown on the page.
Five of those ten are sales that read as normal units: a 684 sq ft one-bedroom at AED 750,000 on 25 June 2025 (AED 1,096 per sq ft), a 540 sq ft studio at AED 600,000 on 23 October 2025 (AED 1,111), a 533 sq ft studio at AED 560,000 on 8 January 2026 (AED 1,051), a 540 sq ft studio at AED 578,000 on 2 March 2026 (AED 1,070) and an 828 sq ft one-bedroom at AED 765,000 on 23 April 2026 (AED 924).
