About Bloom Towers
Bloom Towers is a three-tower residential complex in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) District 10, Dubai, developed by Bloom Properties (Bloom Holding). Construction began in October 2017 and the full complex was completed in August 2020, with 944 apartments across the three towers.
Bloom Properties, the residential development arm of Abu Dhabi-based Bloom Holding, built Bloom Towers as three connected buildings sharing a single JVC District 10 plot and a common set of amenities. Each tower has its own dedicated guide on this site covering tower-specific details on unit mix and confirmed floor count: Bloom Towers A, Bloom Towers B and Bloom Towers C. This page covers the facts that apply to the complex as a whole and helps a buyer or renter work out which of the three towers actually matches what they are looking for.
Bloom Holding also developed a separate JVC project named Bloom Heights, elsewhere in the community. Bloom Heights is not part of the Bloom Towers complex.
Choosing Between Towers A, B and C
The clearest difference between the three towers is unit mix. Towers B and C offer studio and one-bedroom apartments only. Tower A is the complex's only source of larger units, with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments up to roughly 1,600 sq ft, confirmed via Bloom Holding's own project materials.
Exact floor counts differ by tower and are confirmed individually on each tower's own guide rather than restated here, since available sources are not fully consistent with each other on a per-tower basis. Bloom Towers A covers Tower A's confirmed floor count and unit sizes in full detail; the same applies to Bloom Towers B and Bloom Towers C.
One portal source describes all three towers as studio and one-bedroom only, which conflicts with the developer-sourced Tower A unit mix (Bloom Holding's own press release, cross-confirmed by three further independent outlets) used on Tower A's own page. This page follows the developer-primary sourcing for Tower A and flags the conflict honestly rather than silently picking a number.
Location & Nearby Landmarks
Bloom Towers sits in Jumeirah Village Circle, District 10. Nearby JVC buildings include The Icon Casa, Harrington House and Golden Residence, all within the same broad JVC district.
By car, Bloom Towers sits in central JVC, with typical drive times of around 20 to 30 minutes to Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport (DXB), in line with the rest of the community.
Drive times are approximate, based on typical traffic conditions, and will vary by time of day.
Amenities
Bloom Towers' shared amenities include a swimming pool, gyms, a co-working space, a private outdoor dining area, a hammock area, separate male and female sauna and steam rooms, a jogging track, a lounge lobby, 24/7 security, concierge service, an event amphitheatre, a private theatre, additional storage, landscaped water features and private parking. These amenities are shared across the complex rather than exclusive to any single tower.
Transportation & Access
JVC has no Metro station of its own. The nearest operating stations sit on the Red Line toward Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Internet City, reached from Bloom Towers via RTA bus routes or a short drive. As with the rest of JVC, most residents rely on a car or taxi for day-to-day travel.
Rental & Price Trends
Dubai Land Department-derived transaction records show recent resale activity at Bloom Towers, including a one-bedroom sale at Bloom Towers B for AED 1,033,427 (roughly AED 1,642 per sq ft, 629 sq ft) and a studio sale for AED 721,956, both recorded in August 2026. JVC-wide rental aggregates place typical studio rents around AED 52,000 to 58,000 per year and one-bedroom rents around AED 74,000 to 76,000 per year, a reasonable proxy for Towers B and C's studio/1BR-only stock, while Tower A's larger 2 and 3-bedroom units would rent at a premium not captured in that studio/1BR range. The Dubai property ROI calculator gives a starting income estimate for a specific unit type.
Transaction figures are Dubai Land Department-derived records reproduced by a property research portal; JVC-wide rental aggregates are the same figures already used on the individual tower guides, not re-derived from a fresh source this session.
Airbnb / STR Income Potential
No building-specific prohibition on short-term letting was found for Bloom Towers. Bloom Properties is not a Vida-branded or hotel-operated developer, so the confirmed hotel-brand STR restriction that applies elsewhere in Dubai does not apply here. A DTCM holiday-home permit from the Department of Economy and Tourism is the standard route for any Dubai freehold apartment, including at Bloom Towers.
Independent third-party evidence supports Airbnb-style demand at Bloom Towers specifically: a Booking.com listing for "Bloom Tower A District 10" and a separate Booking.com listing, "Bloom Tower C, JVC by Golden Casa," run by operator Golden Casa, are both already documented on the individual Tower A and Tower C guides. Royale Stays manages Dubai holiday homes from a fee starting from 15%, covering furnishing, photography, pricing, check-in and guest communications. Permit applications through the Dubai holiday home permit process follow the same DTCM route regardless of which tower a unit sits in, and the guide to what separates a strong Airbnb management company from a weak one covers how to evaluate management options generally. Owners can submit a property directly for a management quote.
Royale Stays has not independently confirmed a live Airbnb listing of its own at Bloom Towers at the time of writing; the Booking.com listings referenced above are third-party operator listings, not Royale Stays bookings.
