Barari Views is a distinct project from "SAMANA Barari Views," a separate, now sold-out off-plan development by Samana Developers marketed in the same general Majan and Al Barari area. Samana's project offered private-pool apartments and rooftop leisure amenities and is unrelated to PCI Real Estate Developers' Barari Views covered on this page; the two share a very similar name but are different buildings from different developers.
