About Alandalus Tower C

Alandalus Tower C is an 11-storey freehold residential building in the Alandalus district of Jumeirah Golf Estates, developed by the community’s master developer, Jumeirah Golf Estates. The building holds one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments, ranging from around 777 sq ft for a one-bedroom unit up to roughly 2,887 sq ft for a four-bedroom unit.

Construction on Tower C began in September 2016 and the building was completed in December 2019, with the wider Al Andalus Phase 2 master project having gone on sale from 2015. Residential units across the Alandalus development are designed with large covered terraces as part of the community’s Andalusian-style architecture, built around five lakes and golf course frontage.

Alandalus Tower C is one of several separately lettered towers in the same Alandalus complex, alongside Towers A, B, D, E, F, G and H, plus a set of townhouses. The towers share the same district and developer but are distinct buildings with their own addresses; this guide covers Tower C only.


Location & Nearby Landmarks

Alandalus Tower C sits in the Alandalus district of Jumeirah Golf Estates, part of Dubailand, within the Me’Aisem First zone. The building is close to the Els Golf Club (about 1.0 km) and the Jumeirah Golf Estates Golf Course (about 1.2 km), with Victory Heights Community Park roughly 0.4 km away.

Dubai International Airport (DXB) is roughly 25 minutes away by car, and Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) is roughly 28 minutes away.

Jumeirah Golf Estates has its own dedicated Dubai Metro station; most residents otherwise rely on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road for onward travel across Dubai.
