Construction began in 2016, and Bayut.com records the former name Apparel Group Building.
Dubricks records the building as completed and mature at 100% construction. Bayut.com describes parking in the basement and podium for residents and visitors, several high-speed elevators, CCTV, a 24-hour security desk and central air-conditioning in every unit.
Developer and consultant are confirmed by propsearch.ae and Bayut.com. Disclosed conflict: propsearch.ae and Dubricks give 13 storeys while Bayut.com gives 11, so the count is treated as unresolved. Bayut.com gives an average two-bedroom size of 986 sq ft, with a maid's room and a terrace. Dubai Land Department records on propsearch.ae show larger units, including one-bedrooms of 1,512 and 1,514 sq ft and a 2,309 sq ft two-bedroom, so treat the size bands as approximate.
