Dubai Land Department pre-registration sales for Binghatti Grove show one-bedroom apartments at AED 1,040,000 to AED 1,713,890 and a two-bedroom apartment at AED 2,700,000 between June and September 2026.
All ten recorded rows are pre-registration sales, the record type used while a unit is still being registered. Nine are one-bedroom units, including AED 1,700,000 twice on 14 September, AED 1,250,000 on 4 June and AED 1,040,000 on 11 September. The single two-bedroom sale was AED 2,700,000 on 19 August.
