About Elysee by Pantheon

Elysee by Pantheon is a residential building in JVC District 13, Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai, developed by Pantheon Properties Ltd through its subsidiary Pantheon Real Estate Development. Property research source propsearch.ae, which also publishes the building's own Dubai Land Department (DLD) transaction history, describes it as a completed mid-rise development. Bayut's independent building guide, which lists the project under the name Pantheon Elysee, confirms the same developer and building under the same 268-unit total.

Construction began in April 2018 and the building was completed in January 2021, per propsearch.ae, with an estimated handover of Q4 2020 noted in the same construction timeline. The architectural consultant was Al Khawajah Engineering Consultancy, and the main building work was carried out by CJ Tec Contracting. According to the Land Department, the project was valued at AED 71,971,000 at the time of registration, an estimate submitted by the developer prior to construction. The plot itself was originally earmarked for a different, since-cancelled development, Faras 2, before Elysee by Pantheon was built on the site.

Elysee by Pantheon should not be confused with two other, entirely separate projects from the same developer. Pantheon Boulevard is a distinct 157-unit building in the same JVC District 13, with its own architect and its own history on a different cancelled plot. Maison Elysee is a much larger, still-under-development twin-tower complex of two 27-storey buildings in the neighbouring JVC District 12, built by Pantheon Properties Ltd through a differently named subsidiary, Pantheon Elysee Real Estate Development, with an estimated handover of Q1 2027. Both are separate projects from this completed, 5-storey building.

Pricing figures above are drawn from Dubai Land Department transaction records and Bayut's own market data; they are a general guide, not a live quote. Two records published by propsearch.ae for this building are registered as Mortgage Registration transactions rather than sales, and were excluded from the figures above.

Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Income Potential

Dubai Land Department transaction records classify units at Elysee by Pantheon under the standard residential "Flat" sub-type, not a hotel-apartment classification, so the building follows the usual freehold-apartment route for a Dubai holiday-home permit rather than needing to go through a building management company. See Royale Stays' Dubai holiday home permit guide for how a DTCM permit application generally works for a freehold owner in this position, covering eligibility, required documents and the general approval process. JVC is not currently one of Royale Stays' five core managed areas (Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, JBR and Business Bay), so no active-management history or earnings figures are implied for this specific building.

Owners of a comparable Dubai freehold apartment elsewhere in Royale Stays' core managed areas can enquire about the company's standard short-term rental management services, which start from a 15% fee and cover furnishing, photography, pricing, check-in, guest communications and maintenance.
