About Botanica
Botanica is a five-storey residential building in JVC District 13, Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. It was developed by Myra Real Estate Developments (also known as Myra Properties), and is registered with the Dubai Land Department under the building name "BOTANICA" within the Jumeirah Village Circle master project. Construction began in July 2014 and the building was completed in April 2016, offering studio, one- and two-bedroom freehold apartments.
The building is also known locally as Botanica Building, Botanica by Myra and Myra Botanica. It should not be confused with the separate, unrelated Botanica Tower in Dubai Marina, a different building by a different developer in a different part of the city.
Completion date (April 2016) is sourced to propsearch.ae's government-and-on-the-ground-research milestone data; no second source stated a competing figure, so it is kept rather than OMITted.
